2010 Ford F-150 Rust Repair Overhaul

Here are some progress photos of a 2010 F-150 that came to our shop for repairs on the inner and outer rocker panels, rocker panel supports, and cab corners. During inspection, we found that more extensive repairs were needed. The original truck bed was severely rusted and beyond repair. We sourced and installed a color-matched bed, protected it with a spray-in Bedliner both inside and underneath. To prevent future issues, an undercoat was applied between all layers of metal work. All bare metal surfaces were primed, edges and welds were sealed with seam sealer. All exterior panels were sprayed with a color-matched Raptor Bedliner for added protection.
